Job Summary for Amazon Connect Engineer
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Amazon Connect in a production CCaaS environment
- Expertise in designing contact flows, IVR, queues, routing profiles, and Amazon Connect agent workspace (CCP) - Strong proficiency with AWS services including Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB/RDS, Cloud Watch, IAM, and Kinesis
- Programming skills in Python, Node.
