Overview
Our client is currently searching for an Interim Associate Manager, FP&A to support the North America (USA and Canada) Finance organization.
Responsibilities- End-to-end financial analysis through to EBITDA level, with a focus on fixed cost management, periodic close processes, and robust reporting.
- Maintain data integrity and cost transparency, working with stakeholders across Commercial Finance, Finance Control, and budget-holding functions to drive accurate spend oversight and ensure financial processes are delivered on time.
- Track and manage fixed cost budgets, collaborate with cross-functional teams on accruals, PO creation, and cost-centre reporting, and conduct monthly P&L and gross margin analysis.
- Maintain data quality through SKU-level reconciliations and integrity checks, and support the monthly rolling forecast process across countries, brands, and customers.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in FP&A, accounting, or financial operations.
- Strong understanding of P&L and cost center management.
- Experience with ERP systems.
- Strong Excel and financial modeling skills.
