Overview
Responsibilities of the financial analyst include supporting multiple North and Latin American markets with forecasting, budgeting, financial reporting, and business performance analysis. Partnered closely with accounting and operational teams on month-end close, variance analysis, executive reporting, and strategic planning. Prepared financial presentations for senior leadership, monitored sales and expense performance, supported audit activities, and provided ad hoc analysis to drive business decisions.

- Partner with accounting and operational teams on month-end close, variance analysis, executive reporting, and strategic planning.
- Prepare financial presentations for senior leadership, monitor sales and expense performance, support audit activities, and provide ad hoc analysis to drive business decisions.
- Bachelors in Finance or Accounting required
- 3+ years experience
- Strong understanding of P&L analysis, variance reporting, KPI tracking, and month-end close processes
- Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, SUMIFs, and financial modeling; ERP experience preferred
- Ability to prepare executive-level reporting, presentations, and ad hoc financial analyses
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
