Description
Lido Advisors, LLC, an established and expanding wealth management firm, is looking to hire an Associate, Portfolio Operations. This role carries direct responsibility for investment operations, reporting, and reconciliation for Advisors and Senior Wealth Managers. It is well suited for a candidate who wants deep exposure to sophisticated portfolios and private investments supporting the market and clients. This role could provide a solid foundation and long-term career path toward an advisory or investment management role.
Responsibilities- Monitor and review investment operations and reporting across public and private investment strategies, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and consistency
- Produce and maintain recurring portfolio, performance, and investment reports for internal use and client families
- Monitor private real estate, private debt, and private equity investments, including capital calls, distributions, valuations, and ongoing communications
- Prepare written investment summaries and updates on private investments suitable for ultra‑high‑net‑worth family office clients
- Be responsible for relationships with external investment managers, including ongoing communication and meeting coordination
- Perform ad‑hoc investment analysis, including evaluation of off-platform investments and special projects as requested
- Use Excel extensively for analysis, reconciliation, and reporting
- Work with investment data platforms such as Fact Set and Morningstar (experience preferred, training available)
- Manage investment-related administrative functions, including tax composites and reporting processes
- 2–4 years of experience in investment operations, portfolio support, asset management, wealth management, or a related environment
- Strong Excel skills and comfort working with complex investment data
- Clear, concise written communication skills
- Detail‑oriented, accountable, and comfortable owning processes end-to-end
- Interest in building a long-term career serving ultra‑high‑net‑worth families
