The work:
This position is responsible for facilitating and managing the forecasting, planning and reporting of Sikorsky Aircraft financials. Along with providing business support, the ideal candidate should have solid analytical, communication and time management skills, be team oriented and ready to adapt to rapidly changing priorities. Job specific responsibilities include:
- Lead the performance of the monthly forecasting, long range planning and annual planning processes.
- Lead the Finance Annual and Long Range Plan development and deployment
- Drive forecast accuracy on the P&L and balance sheet
- Contribute to the accurate and timely preparation of executive presentations including CFO, Senior Level, MPR and CSR presentation. This will also include Ad hoc analysis for senior management
- Support t-put
- Support closing activities and reconciliation of Hyperion data to the financial statements.
- Support process improvement initiatives
- Support Senior management
- Use Hyperion Planning reports to provide variance analysis data Review with Management. Help identify and maintain an accurate and current forecast and associated risks/opportunities
