Clear steps ABA in New Jersey is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy to children ages 2-12 in their homes. As a BCBA, you will assess, design, implement, and supervise individualized treatment plans within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.
You will conduct assessments, develop plans, train RBTs/BTs, and collaborate with families to promote independence and meaningful learning.
