Insight Global is seeking a bilingual Human Resources Manager in Jamesburg, New Jersey for a top 3PL Logistics, Warehousing, Fulfillment, and Distribution client. The Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all HR functions across multiple locations within the eastern region (5 locations, 175 employees). This role serves as a strategic partner to regional leadership, ensuring HR policies, programs, and practices align with organizational goals while maintaining compliance with employment laws and fostering a positive workplace culture.
This role requires a customer-focused HR leader who takes ownership, delivers practical solutions, and thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment. The ideal candidate leverages data and business insights to drive decisions, builds strong relationships across all levels of the organization, and effectively balances multiple priorities while communicating and negotiating with confidence.
- Partner with regional and site leadership to support business objectives through effective HR strategies
- Oversee employee relations, including performance management, conflict resolution, investigations, and disciplinary actions
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies across all regional locations
- Lead talent management initiatives, including recruitment, onboarding, retention, succession planning, and workforce planning
- Support and coach managers on leadership development, performance management, and employee engagement
- Manage and implement compensation, benefits, and HR programs consistently across the region
- Analyze HR metrics and trends (turnover, engagement, absenteeism, etc.) and recommend data-driven solutions
- Support management initiatives, organizational restructuring, and growth-related HR needs
$100,000 to $120,000 per year annual salary.
