Senior Recruiter

Reports To: Talent Acquisition Manager/Director

About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment efforts across multiple business functions. The ideal candidate is a strategic talent acquisition professional with a proven track record of identifying, attracting, and hiring high-quality talent in competitive markets. This role requires strong stakeholder management skills, sourcing expertise, and the ability to influence hiring decisions while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake meetings through offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs, workforce planning, and talent strategies.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies utilizing job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessments to evaluate qualifications and organizational fit.
• Present qualified candidates and provide hiring recommendations based on skills, experience, and business requirements.
• Track recruiting activity, maintain applicant tracking systems, and ensure data integrity throughout the hiring process.
• Manage offer development, negotiations, and candidate closing activities.
• Analyze recruiting metrics and provide market insights to hiring managers and leadership.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and recruitment best practices.
• Support employer branding initiatives and participate in recruiting events, career fairs, and networking opportunities.
• Mentor junior recruiters and share recruiting best practices as needed.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Proven success recruiting for professional, technical, operational, or leadership-level positions.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
• Strong sourcing experience utilizing Linked In Recruiter and other talent platforms.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred

• Experience supporting high-volume and niche recruiting initiatives.
• Agency, RPO, or corporate recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting across multiple business functions and geographic markets.
• Knowledge of workforce planning and talent market trends.
• Professional recruiting certifications are a plus.
