** Role Overview:
** We are seeking a collaborative, visionary, and results-driven Principal Consultant to strengthen our Financial Services consulting team. This is a leadership role that fuses deep Data, Analytics and GenAI expertise with financial domain knowledge to solve the industry's most complex challenges. You will be responsible for leading high-impact engagements, developing AI-enabled products and solutions, and influencing strategic priorities at the client and practice levels.
** Role & Responsibilities:
*** Drive the thought partnership and execution of our financial services strategy through the application of advanced AI and GenAI
* Build, develop & maintain client relationships with key Banking and Financial Services clients
* Consult with new ideas in analytics solutions in predictive analytics, artificial intelligence & machine learning
* Lead multiple engagements, client meetings, facilitate delivery in Analytics projects
* Helping client organizations achieve better ROI, efficiencies by proposing methods and ideas or usage of Fractal IP and accelerators
* Lead and adhere to project management timelines and quality of delivery, forecast people requirement, other business needs & risk management
* Preparing and answering RFPs, RFIs and RFQs
* Manage and communicate with stakeholders, ensure that the teams follow operational discipline
* Mentor cross-functional teams and lead onsite team of consultants for daily deliverables, meetings, issue resolution, brainstorming

* Develop and own executive-ready collateral to support business development and thought leadership
