Trackwise Crystal Report Developer

Essential Duties and Responsiblities

• Develop, design and test Trackwise Crystal Report based on user requirements.
• Analyze current production Trackwise Crystal Reports and improve performance.
• Work with the customer to gather specifications for data and report requirements.
• Effectively translate end user reporting requirements into functional design documents.
• Systematically identify and define problems, evaluate alternatives and implement effective solutions.
• Develop SQL queries to extract, manipulate and/or calculate information to fulfill data and reporting requirements.
• On-the-fly report design, QA and deployment to solve immediate production issues.
• Develop and mock-up quick prototype reports to demonstrate user requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred or relevant work experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• 3-5+ years of experience as a Crystal Reports Develop.
• 2-5+ Years of experience using Trackwise.
• Strong SQL Skills, minimum 2+ years.
• Thorough understanding of the principles of computer systems validation,SDLC methodologies and testing best practice.
• Knowledge of GxP, GAMP5, 21

  11 and industry best practices.
• Experience with Track Wise 7.0 and good understanding of the database schema.
• Familiarity with any Oracle 10G is a must.
• Ability to understand existing and new business processes and requirements to ensure proper implementation and validation of systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills ensuring the ability to interact with the business, peers and vendors in a professional manner.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

The Crystal Report Developer will be responsible for designing, developing and improving current Trackwise Crystal Reports. The candidate will meetwith the business users to qualify requirements for reports, create reports from scratch, and take existing reports and improve their performance.
