We are seeking a talented and experienced AI Developer to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in Python, React.js, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and hands-on experience with Lang Chain and Lang Graph frameworks. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge AI solutions that enhance our products and services.
Additional Information*The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors.
In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Warren, NJ is $110K -$120/year & benefits (see below).
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement AI and machine learning models using Python and related frameworks.
- Design and build interactive front-end interfaces using React.js.
- Integrate AI models with front-end applications to develop seamless user experiences.
- Utilize RAG techniques to enhance data retrieval and knowledge augmentation functionalities.
- Build, customize, and deploy applications using Lang Chain for language model workflows.
- Leverage Lang Graph for graph-based data representations and reasoning.
- Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and engineers to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Optimize and tune models for performance, scalability, and accuracy.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI, NLP, and related technologies.
- Proven experience as an AI Developer, Data Scientist, or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Python, with experience in AI/ML libraries such as Tensor Flow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face.
- Hands-on experience with React.js and front-end development.
- Practical knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques and their implementation.
- Experience working with Lang Chain for orchestrating language model workflows.
- Familiarity with Lang Graph or similar graph-based data modeling tools.
- Knowledge of APIs, cloud services, and deployment pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
- Experience with large language models (LLMs).
- Background in NLP, knowledge graphs, and semantic search.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field.
