The Role
Lyzr, the enterprise AI agent platform, seeks a North American Partner Solution Engineer to fill a cross‑functional role. The role involves building agentic solutions using Lyzr’s platform with partner technologies to create POCs, demos, and related content for Lyzr Cloud, ISV, and Hardware Partners; envisioning, creating, and presenting technical assets to partners; onboarding partner sales teams to understand Lyzr solutions/resources to co‑sell with Lyzr;
building and maintaining internal GTM tools; and cultivating strategic relationships with cloud partners. You will join the Strategic Alliances team, build, market, and sell alongside the world’s largest tech companies, lead strategic vision and tactical execution for successful Lyzr partnerships, and serve as the technical face of Lyzr to partners.
You will be the technical face of Lyzr to partners — enabling partner technical teams, creating technical marketing content, and building the tools for scalable partner GTM for Lyzr. This is a high‑impact role initially reporting to the VP of Strategic Alliances with visibility to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities- Building agentic solutions:
Own the design and delivery of joint agentic solutions—production‑grade deployments and prototype demos—built on Lyzr and partner tech, applying established blueprints and architectural patterns. - Hands‑on development capability:
Write and review Python (or equivalent) code directly, using AI‑assisted code‑gen tools and working in cloud‑hosted environments alongside partner engineering teams. - Creating technical marketing & enablement content for partners:
Build and maintain partner/customer‑facing assets, including integration guides, reference architectures, white papers, labs, solution briefs, competitive positioning, case studies, playbooks, webinars, and similar assets; enable stakeholders to understand Lyzr solutions. - Delivering partner/customer enablement as an SME:
Join partner and/or customer meetings to support field sales resources, deliver workshops, and explain delivery playbooks in real time. - Technical SME for strategic customers/partners:
Serve as an escalation point for complex agent architectures and production deployment patterns, including Lyzr’s suite of products. - Designing and building Lyzr GTM tools to accelerate Lyzr’s GTM efforts.
- Instrumenting and measuring partner GTM impact:
Track metrics like partner‑sourced pipeline, influenced revenue, and related dashboards. - Onboarding partners with structured technical onboarding experiences from architecture review through first joint customer deployment.
- Leading support office‑hours enablement with partners to deepen expertise and identify opportunities.
- Synthesizing partner feedback into actionable product insight for product and deployment teams.
- Collaborating with leadership to shape joint business plans focused on technical integration goals with strategic partners.
- Experience:
3–12 years in customer/partner‑facing engineering roles (sales engineer, solution engineer, architect, technical consultant, etc.), preferably enterprise; able to operate independently in ambiguous startup…
