Systems Analyst, IT Project Manager
Solution Design & Implementation
Lead the design and configuration of SAP SOM processes including order capture, pricing, billing, and customer management.
Architect and implement SAP BRIM components including Subscription Order Management (SOM), Convergent Charging (CC), Convergent Invoicing (CI), and Contract Accounting (FI-CA).
Ensure seamless integration between SOM and BRIM components for subscription-based and usage-based business models.
Project LeadershipManage full-cycle SAP OTC and BRIM implementations, including blueprinting, realization, testing, and go-live.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including finance, sales, and IT to ensure solution alignment.
Stakeholder EngagementCollaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions.
Conduct workshops, training sessions, and provide expert-level support during UAT and deployment.
Integration & CollaborationEnsure robust integration with SAP S/4
HANA, CRM, and external systems via middleware (SAP CPI, PI/PO).
Work closely with ABAP and technical teams for custom developments and enhancements.
Continuous ImprovementDrive innovation and process optimization within the OTC and BRIM domains.
Stay updated on SAP roadmap for BRIM and S/4
HANA Sales and recommend adoption strategies.
Skills & Qualifications Functional Expertise
- Strong hands‑on experience in SAP SOM and SD modules.
- Proven expertise in SAP BRIM components: SOM, CC, CI, FI‑CA.
- Deep understanding of subscription lifecycle management, usage rating, and convergent billing.
- Minimum 12 years of SAP experience with at least 3 full‑cycle implementations in OTC and BRIM.
- Experience in leading global rollouts and managing complex subscription‑based business models.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
- Ability to mentor junior consultants and lead functional teams.
