Role Overview
The Service Now GRC (IRM) & Sec Ops Product Manager is responsible for defining and driving the strategy, roadmap, governance, and adoption of Service Now Integrated Risk Management (IRM/GRC) and Security Operations (Sec Ops) capabilities. This role partners across Security, Risk, Compliance, Audit, and IT teams to deliver scalable solutions that improve risk visibility, regulatory compliance, vulnerability management, and overall cyber resilience.
WhatYou Will Do
Own and manage the Service Now IRM/GRC and Sec Ops product roadmap, drive adoption and maturity of key capabilities, partner with Security, GRC, Audit, IT Operations, and Platform teams, lead governance forums, stakeholder workshops, and executive reviews, and develop dashboards and reporting to provide leadership visibility and support audit transparency.

Requirements- Completed Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience
- 8+ years of experience in risk management, compliance, cybersecurity, or security operations
- 3+ years of experience with Service Now IRM/GRC and/or Sec Ops product ownership or product management
- Experience leading enterprise-scale Service Now or GRC/Sec Ops transformation initiatives
- Ability to travel to SHI, Partner, and Customer Events
- Ability to travel 25%
