Job Title: Guidewire Billing Center QA Engineer / Senior QA Analyst

Experience: 5–10+ Years

We are seeking an experienced Guidewire Billing Center QA Engineer to validate and ensure the quality of Billing Center implementations, integrations, and enhancements. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Guidewire Billing Center testing
, insurance domain knowledge, functional and integration testing, and exposure to Guidewire Policy Center and Claim Center ecosystems.

• Analyze business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Develop comprehensive test plans, test scenarios, and test cases.

• Refunds
• Commission Processing

• Validate integrations between:
• Policy Center
• Claim Center
• Payment Gateways

• Perform API and Web Service testing (REST/SOAP).

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts.
• Execute regression suites using automation frameworks.
• Log, track, and manage defects using JIRA/ALM.
• Collaborate with developers and business analysts for defect resolution.
• Conduct root cause analysis.

• Verify billing transactions and financial calculations.
• Validate premium calculations and payment processing.

• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Coordinate with business users and stakeholders.
• Provide test execution reports and quality metrics.

• 3+ years of Guidewire Billing Center testing experience.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of QA Testing experience.
• 3+ years of Guidewire Billing Center testing experience.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
