Business Data Analyst – IV

Hybrid - will need to be onsite 2 days/week, but can increase due to business needs. 9 to 5 weekdays.

• Provide functional subject matter expertise for contract compliance in 1
  
  ERP built on SAP S/4 HANA
• Support the organization in responding to user tickets and track and facilitate resolution of defects and enhancement requests, including but not limited to defining the issue, troubleshooting the issue, working with IT and 1
  
  ERP implementation team to fix and test defects before moving to production.
• Provide support on development of dashboards tracking key metrics of program or provider or client performance.
• Create custom queries using SQVI in 1
  
  ERP.
• Prepare and distribute vendor spend and contract reports and queries to the 1
  
  ERP user communities, sourcing and other teams.
• Establish relationships with all departments and levels of the organization in order to understand the information needs of each.
• Assist with any ad hoc requests or special projects that require data analysis.
• Provide end user support to users of 1
  
  ERP regarding processes and systems as it pertains to contracts or outline agreements.
• Provide support to suppliers as well on a day-to-day basis with respect to interactions with 1
  
  ERP.
• Manage outline agreements, interfaces and network suppliers in 1
  
  ERP.
• Process line item pricing from CCL (Sourcing system) to 1
  
  ERP.
• Monitor and respond to team mailbox and support tickets (Service Now) for issues/questions with 1
  
  ERP.

• Bachelor's degree required
• In depth knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA, specifically Vendor Management, Purchasing, Contracts and interfacing systems supported by the Supply Chain Systems team.
• Minimum of 7 to 10 year’s experience in Supply Chain or related environment
• Ability to function in a very fast paced environment and meet multiple deadlines
• Experience with HP ALM Tool.
• Attention to detail.
• Intermediate SQL Report/query writing experience required.
• Must possess time management skills, demonstrate the ability to work independently, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to collaborate well with internal and external teams.
• Demonstrated excellent forward thinking and analytical skills.
• Project management experience including requirements writing skills and ability to develop and execute test cases to be utilized for user acceptance testing associated with systems.

• Data analytics skills
• Experience troubleshooting data discrepancies.
• Experience using Google Workspace (formerly known as G Suite) applications such as GMail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets & Slides.
