Senior Service Now-Assist Developer
We are looking for a motivated Senior Service Now-Now Assist Developer responsible for designing, developing, and implementing advanced AI-powered solutions to enhance user experiences, business processes, and automation. This role focuses on Agentic AI capabilities & Virtual Agent, leveraging Now Assist (GenAI), across HR Service Delivery, IT Service Management & IT Operations Management.
Key Responsibilities
- AI Solution Design:
Architect and deploy intelligent, context-aware solutions using Now Assist, AI Agent Studio, and Virtual Agent Designer. - Agentic AI Development:
Build and configure Agentic AI flows using both Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) and custom agents. - Integration Hub & API Management:
Develop and manage complex integrations with third-party systems (e.g., Azure, AWS, Workday) using REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub spokes. - Proactive Automation:
Implement Predictive Intelligence, Task Intelligence, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures. - Platform Development:
Customize Service Now applications using JavaScript (client/server-side), HTML, CSS, and Business Rules. - Technical Leadership:
Create technical design documentation, architecture diagrams, and user stories while mentoring junior developers. - Collaboration:
Work with stakeholders to define requirements, particularly in HRSD and ITSM modules. - Experience with Agentic AI and Now Assist Skill Kit.
- Familiarity with Machine Learning Operations (MLOps) and data science concepts.
- Experience in Agile/Dev Ops environments.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience:
10+ years in Service Now development; 8–10+ years of overall IT experience. - Now Assist/GenAI:
Proven experience with Now Assist, Prompt Engineering, and building GenAI workflows. - Service Now Modules:
Strong expertise in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and HRSD. - Scripting:
Advanced proficiency in JavaScript. - Architecture:
Experience with CMDB, Discovery, and data modeling.
