Must have technical/functional skills:
Core delivery resource within the pod. Executes build tasks under direction of the architect and senior TC. Strong Service Now configuration and AI feature delivery. Experience of 4 - 8 years.
Technical skills:
- Platform configuration and customization (JS, Glide Script)
- CMDB foundation setup, population and data modeling
- Flow Design for custom workflows or integrations
- Now Assist skills and Agentic AI flow design
- Business rule design and process analysis
- Test execution, defect triage and resolution
Behaviours:
Works to PACE playbooks independently
Clear written updates and status reporting
Proactive risk flagging to Project Manager
