Distinguished Solution Architect

As a Distinguished Solution Architect, you will be one of the most senior and experienced solution architecture practitioners within the Solution Engineering organization. You will play a defining role in helping Salesforce's most strategic customers become Agentic Enterprises by designing transformative, enterprise architectures that leverage the full Salesforce Platform, including Agentforce, Data Cloud, and other platform capabilities. This is not simply an execution role.

At the Distinguished level, you are expected to shape architectural strategy, influence Salesforce's product and technology direction, and serve as a recognized authority on enterprise solution architecture both internally and externally. You will work on Salesforce's most complex, high-value customer engagements across industries and business models—from pre-sales through adoption—while leading executive-level architecture conversations with business and technology leaders. You will be a central member of the Solution Engineering Architecture organization, whose mission is to inspire, architect, prove, and enable customer success.
