IT Project Manager
Location: Hybrid - required onsite 1x/ week in Edison, NJ
Schedule: M-F: 9am-5:00pm
Must Haves:
- Certified in Epic Coding (HIM)
- Experience with 3M encoder AKA Solventum certification - must have hands‑on platform management experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of related IT experience.
- Minimum of 5+ years of IT experience preferably in healthcare or related field(s)
Day to day:
Insight Global is seeking an IT HIM Supervisor to play a hands‑on leadership role overseeing a five‑person coding team while partnering closely with business and clinical stakeholders at the Director and VP level. This individual will lead day‑to‑day team operations, manage priorities, and serve as a key liaison translating requirements to VPs & Directors and clinical requirements into functional designs and system enhancements across Epic HIM‑related platforms, including Coding, CDI, Solventum, and transcription services.
The role also includes coordinating and communicating system updates—such as monthly Solventum (3M) releases and quarterly Epic upgrades—while driving system optimization and supporting enterprise‑wide initiatives in a collaborative, mission‑driven environment.
