Master-level experience in solution design and architecture with the key components of IT infrastructure:

• Servers (physical, virtual, cloud) and associated compute fabrics
• Data storage solutions
• High performance backup solutions
• Enterprise network design and segmentation
• Cloud services (IaaS, PaaS)
• Applications development lifecycle and infrastructure implications
• Systems monitoring including using synthetic transactions to assess end to end application response and performance
• Infrastructure systems monitoring including proactive alerting to emerging conditions
• Enterprise integration
• Software defined data center technologies and architectural designs
• Information security driven environment segmentation approaches
• Active Directory design and implications on network segmentation design
• Privileged access management
• Disaster recovery solution design including implications of RPO and RTO parameters
• Enterprise and local network design and optimization including network diversity
• Business impact analysis and infrastructure stack design implications
• Rigorous solution design artifacts and documentation

Qualifications

What you'll need:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems. Master's Degree strongly preferred
• 15 years of progressive experience as a senior contributor in Information Technology
• At least 3 prior successful experiences completing digital infrastructure transformation projects
• Experience integrating compute, network, and storage infrastructures to create an optimized end-to-end customer delivery experience using industry leading automation and orchestration tools
• Experience delivering highly reliable IT services and capabilities within a 24x7 operation
• Experience with server operations across multiple operating systems and hypervisors
• Experience deploying infrastructures supporting application mobility across public, private, and hybrid cloud infrastructures
• Experience working with managed services partners including contracts, resource management, SLA definitions and delivery management
• Proven participant in cross functional solution design and development
• Conversant in enterprise security capabilities including device and perimeter level measures including active third party services
• Understanding of requirements and methods of system level SOX and operational controls
• Expertise with ITIL v3 processes, procedures and tools
• Extensive understanding of the design and use of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and its integration with ITIL processes such as change, request, incident, and problem.
• Strong people development and mentoring skills
• Demonstrated expertise in the development and execution of strategic technology roadmaps
