Shared candidates do not meet the requirements. While they have some exposure to AI, they lack experience in AI-native environments. Many are working on AI-based projects but have not been involved in AI model training or model development. Additionally, we do not require candidates with a decade or more of experience. Please focus on sourcing PMs from the following companies. I am comfortable with candidates who have 2–3 years of experience in AI-native companies and have managed work forces for model training.
