5+ years’ experience with Service Now service requests, F5, Checkpoint Firewall group rules, proxy and remote access connectivity change requests / incident management,

Primary

Skills:

• Prior data center migration, application migration from various client premises to a Colo
• Cloud training and/or experience for Colo migrations to PaaS and IaaS implementations
• Service Now queue management skills; creation of firewall requests, pre-check the Firewall rule checks, testing, monitor Access Control lists per company policy, to ensure that deliverables meet client timelines and quality
• Assist in weekly and monthly Firewall/VDI service request reporting / dashboards for Wipro internal use and for client presentations
• Resolve Firewall failures / issues, post implementation support
• Attend client calls, review service requests, change requests and manage implementation, highlighting and impediments with Infra Security stakeholders timely
• Collaborate with Condor Teams members, contribute to the Condor Infra Security documentation of lessons learned to add efficiency

Secondary Skills – MS Office

Checkpoint certification Check Point Certified Admin (CCSA) or has taken Checkpoint training.
