Job Description:
Service Now IRM Technical Lead
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
1. 10+ years of hands-on development experience in Service Now platform.
2. 2+ years of experience in Service Now IRM greenfield implementation.
3. Lead the design and implementation of Service Now IRM solutions aligned with business and regulatory requirements.
4. Define scalable architecture and technical design for IRM implementations.
5. Review business requirements and translate them into solution designs and technical specifications.
6. Ensure adherence to Service Now best practices, CSDM principles, and platform governance standards.
7. Participate in architecture reviews and provide recommendations for platform optimization.
8. Implement and configure:
1. Policy and Compliance Management
2. Risk Management
3. Audit Management
4. Authority Documents and Control Frameworks
9. Design risk scoring methodologies and automated risk calculations.
10. Configure risk assessments, control testing, and compliance monitoring activities.
11. Design and implement integrations with Archer and other needed tools.
12. Develop REST/SOAP integrations where IH spoke is not available
13. Design API-led integrations, MID server architecture, and data synchronization patterns.
14. Create custom dashboards, reports, and Performance Analytics indicators for vulnerability KPIs and trends.
15. Knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and REST/SOAP integrations.
16. Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist – Risk and Compliance (CIS-RC)
17. Service Now Certified Application Developer (CAD)
