IT Project Manager
Must have:
• 3-5 years+ IT Project Management experience in the Pharma industry
• Commercial Data Warehouse (Snow Flake)
• CRM integrations (Veeva)
• Technical understanding of Commercial IT (Snowflake, Tableau, Veeva CRM, SFDC, and MDM)
• Strong communication

Key Responsibilities:
This role will report to the Director of Commercial Data Strategy and Operations and be responsible for the following:
• Oversee the management and problem resolution of a commercial data environment inclusive of:
• Commercial Data Warehouse (Snow Flake)
• CRM integrations (Veeva)
• 3rd party applications
• Data providers including the Hub and specialty pharmacies
• Tableau Reporting and Analytics Platform
• Manage small enhancement projects and ensure successful deployments
• Oversee weekly vendor meetings to ensure problem tickets are resolved
• React and triage issues that arise either internally or externally with partners
• Provide leadership in requirements definition and customer hierarchies
Key Position Requirements:
• BS in Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or Computer Science/Information Technology related field of study
• 3-5 years IT or Commercial Business Analysis/Project Management experience
• Technical understanding of Commercial IT (Snowflake, Tableau, Veeva CRM, SFDC, and MDM)
• Must be able to establish strong relationships with internal stakeholders,
• Possess excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and be a self-motivated, proactive team player
• Must demonstrate good documentation and presentation skills
