Senior Solution Director
Contribute to shaping architectural strategies, designing and delivering innovative technical solutions in the areas of spring boot, Dev Ops solutions, full stack java, effectively aligning technology solutions with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and manage the technology solutions organization to achieve growth targets for designated accounts.
- Develop and execute strategic visions and roadmaps for solution development.
- Implement skill development plans for the LoB/Technology Solutions team.
- Establish and maintain thought leadership in technology and domain practices.
- Provide leadership and direction to solution development teams.
- Define, establish, and manage a re-use practice across the LoB.
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to ensure high-quality solution delivery.
- Monitor and report on the performance of the technology solutions organization.

Maximum Salary (US): 260,000
Minimum Salary (US): 152,000

A candidate's pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program;
