Net 45 - Invoicing Monthly.
1) Customer guidelines insists us to propose the consultants from the vendors (consultant's employer) who have agreed to provide consulting services thru Vy Systems for this assignment. Please let us know if is comfortable and agreeable to go thru Vy Systems for this assignment. As per customer's working relationship guidelines customer is to work with the vendor(Vy Systems) who had proposed the resume only and not to by pass the vendor(Vy Systems) post interviews and confirmation.
2) Important Note for H1B work visa holders-Please let us know if any H1B work visa related STATUTORY issues are expected for the proposed consultant after confirmation to the project:
