Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the overall testing lifecycle including planning, execution, and delivery
Design, develop, and maintain UI automation frameworks using Selenium with C#
Develop and execute API automation test suites using tools like Postman
Perform performance and load testing using JMeter
Collaborate with development and business teams to understand requirements and define test strategies
Analyze test results, identify defects, and ensure timely resolution
Work with databases (SQL/No

SQL) to validate data and backend processes
Mentor and guide junior QA team members

Mandatory Skills

Strong experience in UI Automation Testing using Selenium with C#,
Hands-on experience in API Automation Testing
Experience with Postman and JMeter
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Solid knowledge of databases (SQL or No

SQL)

Nice to Have

Experience working with AWS (Amazon Web Services)
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops practices

Preferred Candidate Profile

10+ years of experience in software testing with leadership exposure
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, onsite environment
