Medidata is seeking a Technical Support Engineer for a hybrid role in the NYC metro area. You’ll serve as the main liaison between support and core engineering, handle work requests, diagnose issues, and document resolutions for customers and teams.
Ideal candidates have SQL, Ruby, Java script, Git, Visual Studio, API/REST familiarity, and experience with incident or project management tools, plus a collaborative, customer-focused mindset. On-site 3 days/week per policy.
