Manager, Digital PM Content Testing & Personalization

The Manager, Digital Project Management is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and optimization of digital experiences across PVH's e-commerce platforms. This role serves as the bridge between business stakeholders, creative teams, merchandising, technology, analytics, and agency partners to deliver high-impact digital content, manage experimentation initiatives, and scale personalization strategies that improve customer engagement and business performance.

This position is responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of website content and optimization initiatives—from intake and prioritization through implementation, testing, analysis, and continuous improvement, to support PVH+'s digital growth strategy.

This role is critical to advancing PVH’s strategic focus on accelerating digital growth and delivering best-in-class consumer experiences. As PVH continues to scale its direct-to-consumer and e-commerce channels, this role ensures that digital platforms are not only functional and brand-aligned but continuously optimized through data-driven testing to maximize conversion, engagement, and revenue.
