• Lead criminal defense cases from strategy to verdict
  , fiercely protecting client rights and driving strong outcomes.
• Develop sophisticated, evidence-based defense strategies grounded in deep legal research, case analysis, and proactive investigation.
• Command client relationships
  , delivering clear, strategic counsel while managing expectations and building trust.
• Draft and file persuasive motions, briefs, and pleadings that move cases forward and create leverage.
• Negotiate strategically with prosecutors

• Dominate in the courtroom

• JD and an active New Jersey law license in good standing.
• 1–3+ years of criminal defense or litigation experience with real courtroom exposure and independent case responsibility.
• You’ve worked as a PD/DA, in a traditional firm, or run your own practice — and you’re ready to focus on practicing law, not chasing overhead, billing drama, or administrative chaos.
• Strong research, writing, and negotiation skills — you know how to build a case, create leverage, and close strategically.
• Comfortable taking ownership of your caseload while collaborating within a high-accountability, performance-driven team.
• A client-first professional with high emotional intelligence and strong communication instincts.
• Tech-forward and comfortable in a fully remote environment (Clio, , Microsoft 365, Zoom, Loom, Otter AI).
