Pay range: $21.50 – $25.75 per hour. Hourly shift differentials are available: $2.75 per hour for overnight hours (10pm–6am), $1.75 per hour for evening hours (6pm–10pm), and $1.00 per hour for weekend hours. Differentials can be combined.

Sunday–Thursday, 6:30am – 3:00pm (1st Shift)

• Accept calls and respond to Dispatch or members with an ETA to destination.
• Locate members, greet them, and manage emotional states (calm anger, provide reassurance).
• Assess safety of the scene and ensure vehicles are positioned safely before service.
• Provide efficient minor mechanical assistance (battery boost, flat tire service) when trained and equipped.
• Tow disabled vehicles to repair facilities or member‑requested destinations following club policies and manufacturer guidelines.
• Maintain high standards of service and appearance for both personnel and service vehicle.
• Collect revenue through cash and credit card accurately, safeguard confidential information, and complete required paperwork.
• Promote AAA products and services, including battery replacement and other member benefits.
• Operate the point‑of‑sale computer to receive and update dispatch information.
• Work independently with minimal face‑to‑face contact and adapt to a 24/7 shift schedule.
• Prevent damage and injury by securing vehicles and responding appropriately to vehicle dynamics.
• Work under pressure in busy, traffic‑heavy, and adverse weather conditions.
• Complete other assigned duties as necessary.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Post‑secondary training in automotive mechanics and electrical troubleshooting required.

• Active, valid driver’s license issued by one state or jurisdiction.
• DOT card required pre‑hire and as a current employee within one year.
• Pass a motor vehicle record check during pre‑hire screening and periodically during employment.
