Baig Security is seeking to hire a start up CEO who will grow a company setting the vision and defining the overall strategy from launch to scale.

• Develop and execute a clear and effective business strategy: set the vision and direction for the company, develop a business plan outlining goals and strategies, define the target market, identify key competitors, and establish a pricing strategy.
• Build and manage a talented team: recruit, train, and manage a team of skilled professionals, including security experts, marketing specialists, sales representatives, and administrative staff.
• Ensure operational efficiency: manage day‑to‑day operations, oversee budgets and financial reporting, and ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
• Establish and maintain partnerships: build relationships with key partners such as technology providers, investors, and strategic partners; negotiate and manage contracts to secure necessary resources.
• Develop and promote the brand: act as the face of the company, develop marketing and communication strategies, participate in industry events, and establish thought leadership.
• Foster a culture of innovation: encourage innovation within the company, invest in research and development, and create a collaborative environment where ideas can be shared and explored.
• Manage risk: identify and manage potential risks—including cybersecurity threats, regulatory risks, and financial risks—implement appropriate security measures, and develop contingency plans for unforeseen events.
