Director of Operations – Mid-Atlantic Region
Market: DC, Maryland, Virginia, and Delaware Salary: $130,000 – $150,000 + Executive Bonus Structure
The OpportunityWe are one of the most recognized names in the Mexican QSR space, and we are looking for a high-level Director of Operations to lead our Mid-Atlantic footprint. We need a strategic powerhouse who can oversee multiple districts, develop a high-performing leadership bench, and ensure that our "fresh-first" Mexican flavors are delivered with unmatched speed and precision across every unit.
The Role:What You'll Do
As the Director of Operations, you are the executive leader of the region. You bridge the gap between corporate vision and field execution.
- Strategic Multi-Unit Oversight:
Lead a team of District Managers to achieve excellence across your patch. You are responsible for the regions total P&L, EBITDA, and market share. - Cultivate a Leadership Pipeline:
You are a talent architect. Your primary goal is to identify, mentor, and promote the next generation of multi-unit leaders. - Operational Innovation:
Identify regional trends and implement scalable solutions to improve throughput, reduce waste, and enhance the guest experience. - Brand Integrity:
Ensure 100% compliance with brand standards, food safety protocols, and guest service metrics. You set the bar for what "excellence" looks like in the Mid-Atlantic. - Expansion & NSOs:
Partner with the development team to oversee new store openings and market entries across the DMV and beyond.
- Experience:
5+ years of executive leadership (Director level or high-level Multi-Unit) in a high-volume QSR or Fast-Casual environment. Mexican/Southwestern category experience is a major plus. - P&L Mastery:
Proven ability to manage a multi-million dollar regional budget with a track record of increasing profitability. - Executive Presence:
The ability to communicate effectively with C-suite executives while remaining relatable and inspiring to frontline teams. - Market Knowledge:
Deep familiarity with the Mid-Atlantic geography, labor laws, and consumer demographics. - The "Founder" Mentality:
You treat the region like its your own business, with a relentless focus on detail and long-term sustainability.
