Engineering Support/Operations Specialist

Opportunity for our Bergen County client. We’re looking for an early‑career professional who wants to build hands‑on experience in a manufacturing and engineering environment. This is a strong entry point into operations, offering exposure to engineering, production, and supply chain teams. Training is provided. Success in this role comes down to attention to detail, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.

• Support product builds and assist with prototype testing
• Help ensure production timelines are met and projects stay on track
• Track project progress and report updates to the team
• Verify parts availability for production needs
• Coordinate with purchasing on ordering materials
• Communicate with vendors regarding delivery timelines
• Maintain accurate inventory and part data in the system
• Enter and update information in ERP systems
• Assist with work orders, estimates, and production documentation
• Support engineers with testing, setup, and documentation updates
• Help maintain instructions, manuals, and product records
• Partner with cross‑functional teams on ongoing projects and initiatives

• 0-2 years of experience, with internship or project experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Willingness to learn and take direction
  
  Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic Microsoft Office skills
• Problem‑solving mindset
