Materials and Inventory Clerk

This position performs database entry, inventory control, cycle counts, shipping and receiving, and incoming inspection.

• Records and maintains control of all inventory items purchased and produced.
• Ensures compliance with established internal control procedures.
• Accurately uses computerized systems for shipping and receiving both inbound and outbound goods.
• Accurately uses computerized systems to record materials issues.
• Observe all posted and published safety procedures.
• Communicate effectively and respectfully with other team members, vendors, and clients.
• Routinely use warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack, and hand truck).
• Including the following, other duties may be assigned.

• Use a variety of warehouse and material handling equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced team environment.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and procedures.
• Ability to provide written and verbal direction to subordinates.
• Ability to allocate resources to accomplish tasks on time.
• Ability to safely meet physical demands of position.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years’ experience in an industrial warehousing environment.
