Hydraulics - Installation Technician

About the Role

Henderson Products Inc. is located at 94 N. Dell Ave, Kenvil, NJ. This position is a day shift role, Monday - Friday, 6:00AM to 4:30PM. As an Installation Technician in the hydraulics department, you play a crucial role in the hydraulics bay. Your responsibilities include installing, servicing, inspecting, and troubleshooting hydraulic systems and components, as well as diagnostic and repair work. You will read schematics, diagrams, blueprints, perform shop math, and ensure accurate installations and repairs. Knowledge of wiring and electrical systems is a plus.

• Basic shop math and ability to interpret work instructions, diagrams, and blueprints
• Hand dexterity and working knowledge of hand tools
• Willingness to work in a team environment
• Previous experience in a manufacturing setting
• Familiarity with welding and assembly processes
• Technical degree and/or specialty certifications (e.g., welding, electrical, hydraulics) are helpful but not required

• Ability to lift or push up to 50 lbs.
• Bending, lifting, and standing tasks
• Exposure to noise, welding, and grinding smoke at times
