A leading food manufacturer in New Jersey is seeking a Food Safety & Quality Manager to lead their quality and sanitation teams. This role reports directly to the Managing Director and requires a strong background in food safety, alongside proven leadership skills in a fast-growing environment. The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of experience in a regulated facility and will be key in developing and mentoring the team.

A competitive salary of up to $130k plus bonuses is offered, with relocation considered for strong candidates.
