Production Associate 2 Welder

Job Location:

1 Silverline Dr. North Brunswick Township, NJ 08902

• Base Pay: $17.75 per hour
• 1st Shift: 6:45 am - 3:15 pm, Monday–Friday

• Operate various hand tools to manually construct window units.
• Set up welding equipment and select appropriate materials based on specifications.
• Ensure high‑quality welds to meet production standards.
• Operate welding machines to fabricate and assemble window frames using various welding techniques.
• Ensure accurate measurements and alignment during the welding process.
• Perform quality inspections and audits, and engage in problem‑solving activities to resolve issues.
• Inspect finished products for quality and make necessary adjustments or repairs.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following 5S, PPE, and LOTO procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and efficiency.
• Work in other areas when required.

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds regularly and stand for the duration of the entire shift.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Knowledge of welding techniques, equipment, and measuring tools.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic in all units of measure.
• Recognition of material by shape and color.
• Capability to use computerized equipment.
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and work in various positions.
• Must cross‑train and rotate on various workstations within the line or complex.
• Must be able to use a tape measure.
