Aboutthe Role
We're looking for a talented and driven Supply Chain Planner to join our growing team. You'll have the opportunity to make an immediate impact within the SC Team across several brands in our portfolio. The role will lead our manufacturing planning, inventory planning analysis, and the creation of analytical tools to help streamline these processes. This is a startup environment, so there's lots of room to make a big impact and grow.
YouWill
- Own High-Level in-stock management in a 3-12mo view, including finished goods, componentry, packaging, and raw materials
- Manage inventory levels by optimizing months-on-hand and safety stock levels
- Develop daily, weekly, and monthly inventory views to understand the current state of inventory levels and out-of-stocks
- Lead weekly Inventory management meetings and make key business decisions on purchasing and inventory levels.
- Create and manage the manufacturing schedule (both mix and fill) on a day-to-day level as well as plan 8+ weeks ahead
- Manage the level of bulk and other raw materials to keep manufacturing consistently flowing
- Work alongside the manufacturing team to optimize the ins and outs of the manufacturing plan
- Partner with Procurement & QC teams to track the arrival and release of raw materials as well as componentry as needed for manufacturing
- Develop and execute purchasing strategy + planning
- Create purchasing plan for new launches including multiple options to take advantage of best cost strategy
- Partner with procurement team to execute order strategy
- Play a key role in the restock strategy of all evergreen products and their associated BOM’s
- Lead and assist with ad-hoc SC Analytical Projects
- Develop and maintain tracking and analytical tools
- Support other projects + responsibilities as needed
- BA/BS in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or a similar field
- 3+ years of experience in supply chain analytics or a similar role
- Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and time management skills
- Proactive self-starter who takes ownership and drives projects forward
- Detail-oriented and solutions-focused, with a strong focus on quality and continuous improvement
- Highly organized and efficient, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Adaptable and comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and G Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
