Located in Camden, NJ—just minutes from Philadelphia and within easy reach of the Jersey Shore—Osborn Family Health Center has been a trusted provider of community-based care for over 50 years. Our multidisciplinary team delivers high-quality, culturally responsive care across Family Medicine, Pediatrics, OB/GYN, and specialty clinics.
Your ImpactAs a Family Nurse Practitioner, you will:
- Deliver comprehensive primary care to patients across the lifespan
- Assess, diagnose, and treat patients independently within scope of practice
- Collaborate with a supportive, interdisciplinary team
- Provide both in-person and telehealth services
- Develop individualized care plans and educate patients
- Contribute to improving health outcomes in an underserved community
- Monday: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
- Tuesday–Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- No weekends
- On-call responsibilities included
- Master's Degree in Nursing
- Board Certification (ANCC or AANP)
- Active NJ RN and NP licenses
- CDS, DEA, CPR/BLS
- Experience in Family Practice preferred
