Job Overview

Signify Health, part of CVS Health®, is hiring full‑time physicians to conduct Video Visits for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid and certain commercial plan members. During the visits physicians conduct approximately 30‑minute visits that include medication and medical history review, education and answering of member questions.

• Conduct online "Video Visits" with health plan members in a private space with adequate internet connection.
• Provide 40 hours of availability weekly, consistently providing 320+ capacity units per month.
• Execute a strong visit completion rate, consistently pacing 220+ completed visits per month.
• Maintain training, affiliation and compliance with Video Visit requirements (regular training required).

• Be trained and credentialed for all health plan clients and lines of business in primary coverage state(s).
• Consistently engage with regular manager, team and clinical meetings.
• Be accountable to Signify Health operational, clinical and member experience key performance indicators and metrics.
• Maintain active state licenses in coverage areas.
• Primary coverage areas include but are not limited to New Jersey.
• Experience with Signify Health In‑Home Health Evaluations, Video Visits, in‑home visits, telehealth visit delivery or a similar format (preferred).
• Able to obtain and maintain multi‑state licenses in coverage area(s), as required.

• Clinicians dedicated to providing Video Visits ("telehealth") services only.
• Meet minimum requirements for remote visit delivery, including broadband connectivity with video and audio enabled, a quiet setting with a neutral background and compliance with privacy guidelines.
• Regularly interact with health plan members remotely: sit, write, operate computer and phone, speak and listen.
• Specific vision abilities to view and read a computer screen, iPad and other electronic devices.
• Effective verbal, written and electronic communication skills.
• Ability to work without direct supervision and practice autonomously.
• Proficiency with information management and technology.

• Security of a base salary plus incentive structure based on in‑home visits completed.
• Malpractice insurance coverage during Signify Health‑related activities.

• Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s).
• Multi‑state licenses (preferred).

Base pay for each In‑Home Health Evaluation (and associated visit) is dependent on experience, education, geography and other factors. This position is eligible for additional reimbursement opportunities, including pay per completed Diagnostic and Preventative Services (DPS) as ordered.
