Our BAYADA Home Health Care office is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a passion for pediatric or adult care to join our team of caring professionals. We deliver high-quality care with compassion, excellence, and reliability.

• Provide one-on-one home health care to clients, including pediatric and adult patients.
• Care for clients with complex needs, including infant tracheostomy/ventilation when applicable, in collaboration with the client’s care team.
• Support clients and families by delivering skilled nursing care in the home environment.

• Available shifts include morning, evening, or overnight; 8, 10, or 12 hour shifts.
• PRN, Part-Time, or Full-Time options available.
• Weekend BAYLOR program available for ongoing weekend shifts with trach/vent clients; earns up to $37.50/hr.

• One-on-one care with flexible scheduling based on preferences.

• Current valid nursing license in the U.S.
• Graduation from a qualified nursing program
