Home Care Registered Nurse

Location: Cedar Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living

No travel in this role. All on-site.

Compensation: $45-$55/HR depending on experience with a $5,000 Sign on Bonus.

Join our Home Care team as an on-site RN. All of our residents live within our gated retirement community and are within walking distance to each other. • Partner and collaborate during the initial evaluation to assess residents’ needs, helping to develop and implement a personalized service plan in coordination with the resident, family, physician, and/or authorized practitioner
• Monitor and communicate any changes in a resident’s condition
• Ensure each resident’s individualized care plan is effectively implemented and consistently followed by the Home Care team
• Deliver nursing care in accordance with the established plan of care and accepted nursing standards
• Participate in care conferences and other resident-related meetings to support coordinated, high-quality care
• Provide clinical oversight by developing and supervising the implementation of individualized service plans, continuously observing residents’ conditions, and communicating updates to physicians and families as needed
• Lead and guide the Home Care team—including LPNs, aides, home care workers, and companions—to ensure safe, effective, and person-centered care delivery

• Must have a minimum of 6 months’ experience as an RN
• Experience in caring for seniors and/or senior with cognitive impairment preferred
• Basic computer skills required including experience with Microsoft Office, internet and web applications
• Experience with an electronic medical record is preferred
