As a Full Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you’ll play a critical role in providing compassionate, patient-centered care in a home health setting. We want someone who is passionate about providing exceptional care and making a positive impact in the lives of patients. The ideal candidate will have:

• Education & Licensing: Graduation from an NLN-accredited LPN program with active New Jersey LPN licensure.
• Experience: 2+ years of med/surg or acute care nursing experience. Home care or hospice experience is a plus!
• Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent computer skills, and exceptional organizational abilities.
• A Team Player: Ability to collaborate and foster positive, professional relationships.
• Driver’s License & Transportation: You’ll need a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local travel.

In compliance with New Jersey's Pay Transparency Act, the total compensation range for this position is USD $48,730.50 to USD $. When determining an offer, VNA Health Group considers factors such as the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's work experience, education/training, relevant skills, internal pay equity, and market and organizational conditions. The total compensation range reflects the total package, including base salary, overtime, bonuses, add-on incentives, special clinical compensation, retirement plans, and all other benefits.
