Complete Care – North Jersey, NJ
Applicants must reside in the North Jersey area.

Hours: Full‑time (1st Shift) with weekend on‑call (depends on nursing dept needs and DOH requirements)

Salary: $105K–$115K/year (based on licensure and experience)

Interview: In‑person, 30‑minute, between 2 pm and 4 pm (Mon‑Fri)

Position Summary: The Infection Preventionist – LPN plans, implements, and evaluates infection control and prevention programs in a long‑term care setting to ensure the safety and well‑being of residents, staff, and visitors.

• Environmental safety
• Investigation and reporting
• Quality improvement

• IP certification a must
• Excellent Excel spreadsheet knowledge and MDROS experience
• Active/valid LPN license in NJ a must
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing
• Prior experience in infection prevention in a healthcare or long‑term care setting
• Strong knowledge of infectious diseases, infection control practices, and regulatory requirements
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of best practices in infection prevention
