Nurse Practitioner | Outpatient & Telehealth

An outpatient behavioral health practice in Freehold, New Jersey is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to provide in-person and telehealth psychiatric care
. This full-time role offers a 4-day workweek, flexible patient mix, and strong work-life balance in a collaborative clinical environment.

• Location: Freehold, New Jersey (with occasional support in Princeton & telehealth)
• Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts per week
• Compensation: $110,000 – $150,000 annual salary

• Perform psychiatric evaluations and assessments
• Provide medication management and treatment planning
• Deliver care via in-person and telehealth visits
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and EMR records
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external providers
• Participate in care coordination and case management
• Ensure compliance with clinical standards and regulations

• Active New Jersey APRN license
• PMHNP board certification required
• 1–3 years of psychiatric or behavioral health experience
• Experience in outpatient or telehealth psychiatry preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and clinical skills
