The LTAC/Telemetry Registered Nurse provides care to patients using the Nursing Process per state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policy. The RN demonstrates critical thinking, leadership and clinical competence while coordinating care for patients during nights and per diem shifts.
This position requires an NJ RN license, LTAC experience, ventilator and tracheostomy care abilities, and strong delegation and supervision skills to guide staff in patient care delivery.
