Positions Available:

• RN/LPN Nurse Evening Supervisor (FT)
• RN/LPN Nurse Evening Weekend Supervisor (PT)

Shift Options:

• Evening 3pm - 11pm (2nd shift)
• Evening Weekends

Rates:

• Full-Time Evening Supervisor (salaried):
  Up to $93K/year (approx. $44.71/hr.)
• Part-Time Weekends Evening Supervisor (hourly): $38.00 - $48.00 per hour (based on experience and licensure)

RN/LPN Nurse Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate the nursing staff during weekend shifts.
• Ensure high standards of care for residents.
• Address and resolve any issues or emergencies that arise.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support resident care plans.
• Maintain a safe and healthy environment for residents and staff.

RN/LPN Nurse Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Active/valid RN/LPN license in the state of NJ.
• MUST have 2+ years of nurse leadership experience in an LTC setting.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in a long-term care setting.
• Communicative, hard-working, reliable.
• Team mindset, strong clinical skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
