LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse

Stratford Manor Rehabilitation & Care Center seeks a compassionate LPN to provide bedside care for short-term rehab and long-term care residents on a 7am-7pm shift. Responsibilities include medication administration, treatments, wound care, monitoring vital signs, and implementing individualized care plans. Collaborate with RNs, therapists, and physicians in a resident-centered, team-oriented environment. Ensure accurate documentation, infection control, and safety practices while supporting residents' comfort, dignity, and recovery.
